  • Prepare a written statement with photo (headshot) to Livingston Holloway (hollowaylivingston@gmail.com) and Julius McCullough (lebron22@cox.net) no later than Saturday, May 24, 2025.(late submissions will not be accepted or published).

  • Prepare an oral statement ( No longer than three (3) minutes. Oral statements will be presented at National Convention on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

  • All nominated candidates must register and attend the National Convention from July 13, 2025- July 17, 2025.

  • All elected incumbents must pay the National Board Assessment on or before June 1,2025.
